We would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude for one of your staff members, Susan Hoffman Yespy. Susan did an outstanding job for us when we listed our home at the Isles with her. We listed late in March, signesd a contract on May 9th and we closed on June 25th. With Susan negotiating, we netted a fantastic price. Actually Susan approached us, knowing we were considering selling and asked if she could show our house to a client that was looking for an Oakmont, we agreed and that client became the buyer. Between March and June she continuously brought in clients and she was always on premises even if it was another agent's client. She knew every intimate detail about our home and described all its attributes beautifully. We have bought and sold several properties over the years and we can truthfully say Susan is very professional, gets very involved in getting to know all the home's features and conveys them to the client with enthusiasm.
